We value all of our customers and guarantee to refund or exchange any items you are not completely satisfied with. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and returned with the proof of purchase.
If these conditions are not met, we have the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org who will send you a returns label via email for you to attach to your parcel. Next, drop the parcel off at your nearest Post Office and it will be returned for free.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please allow 3-5 days for the item to be received and inspected at Kooky Soul.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment and you will receive the credit within 5-10 working days, depending on the card issuer's policies. If you wish to exchange an item, the alternative garment will be delivered within 3-5 days after the exchange has been approved. You will not be charged additional delivery costs unless special delivery is required.
Delivery costs for your original order are nonrefundable.
Should an item be out of stock or may take longer than the 3-5 day delivery time stated, you will be informed of this in your order confirmation email and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.
